I would think 10k initial capacity would be ideal. Would never feel too empty and capacity to sell out

Build a 7K, get it selling out then extend it when the demand for tickets is there.

That article just reminds me how out of his depth Jon Petrie is. How do you go from mid level management at an energy company to top dog at a professional sports club? Jobs for the boys.

Expect some imminent news today in light of this. Rugby players aren't too bright when it comes to the ol social meedja are they? Pleased for Weir and hope it works out for him.

Very good win. Lots of young talent there getting good experience and now winning those types of games.

How many goal kickers were given a go in this game? Was it mental windy or are they all just shite? Good win over any Leinster side at all right now.

Decent tries for the boys last night but unless the clock on tv was wrong they should never have been forced to restart.

Also couldn't see why they needed to check the last score, kinda felt they were looking for any reason to let the big boy team win.

Fowles did well for the second try.

The had to restart because of the time when the try was scored iirc. The clock ticked on abit when the to was involved. I think there should have been 3 seconds left after the kick if it happened as it should.

Was surprised how poor the kick off was after it right enough.

Van der Merwe seems to always bounce at least one off.

Just two. 3 of the conversions weren't gimmies but 2 of those were around the 15.

If Edinburgh can not have any more silly feck ups I think they could make it to the play offs.

Its a pretty tough run in.
Ulster home and away are key
Leinster, Munster, scarlets and Glasgow all at home.
Westies and dragons away

What happens with the cheetahs finishing top 4 in group a? Does 4th in B play 5th in A for ECC place?

Their run in is horrible. Next match against Ulster will be key. If Edinburgh win that then they are in the driving seat.

So a 9 and a 10 to come in, possibly from the youth ranks.

Sad about CdP. More that the injury deprived him of his potential for Edinburgh.

No mention yet of Burleigh or Hardie going.

Wow. That's quite a lot of experience to leave the 8/9/10 axis all in one go, regardless of top level quality.

And Cockerill's not pulling his punches, is he? "The squad next season will be smaller but it’ll be of better quality.”

So the half-backs are: Fowles, Kennedy, van der Walt, Hickey and the league guy who's with the u20s. Scrum half signing on the way?
