James Taylor - forced to retire (Cricket)

Retiring due to a serious heart condition.

Very sad but health must come first. hopefully the condition can be managed.

Yeah shame for the guy, he was a real good prospect I thought(reminded me a bit of a younger ian bell).

Definitely the right decision to retire though. Good luck to him.

Shame for the talented littl'un, but better this than another Wilf Slack type tragedy..he was just 34 when he collapsed at the crease.

Gotta feel for the guy but have to be pleased they managed to find the arrhythmia in time to treat it.

Procedure completed and he's on the mend. Great talent and prospect. A very cruel way to end a career, but it may well have been so much worse.
