Cause it's not a bloody pro 14 game!

Ah. I suppose that might have something to do with it.

I see what you mean about Graham’s finish in the corner. He looks a lot more powerful than I remember him.

Almost as good as big Bill's flick of the fingers to put Johnstone in.

Shame but with Sutherland coming back and Schoeman first choice it probably makes sense to spread the budget around the squad. Dell would be due a decent bump from the last contract he signed.

Will never get over how ridiculous it looks to play games in a stadium of this size. Looks like a great turn out but absolutely farcical in the grand scheme of things on TV.

Is there not somewhere in Edinburgh the size of a Scotstoun that could allow them to fill it? There looks to be something easily approaching 5-6k in there, but you’re right h_w, they’re lost and it is the soul sapping echo of a half empty swimming pool.

Always bearing in mind that Baz has an arse large enough to fill three seats.

Hohoooooh! Great scrum. If there’d been a good and vocal crowd crammed in to the rafters that would have been huge

Down to 2.5 these days.

They're building stands in the back pitch next year. 7.5k I think. I reckon there might be a bit more there though.

Yeah. They’re into the 2nd tier so 7.5k maybe. We’ll have more than 26.5k tomorrow. The noise will make a difference.

It looks awful though. Like scaffolding, a bunch of temporary stands.

Montpellier defensive strategy = commit 4 men to Duhan. It's a shame he hasn't spotted this and drawn the defenders and given a pass/offload though.

Right, I am now forced to follow this game on UltimateRugby as Mrs WG has hijacked the telly and were now sitting in front of Sheeeeeetenders! The price I have to pay to get control for 7 hours tomorrow.

It's only for a few years. I'm happy with the way they're doing it rather than spunking a fuck load of cash straight off.

Scott & Bennett were considered the rolls royce partnership but I daresay Dean and JJ are the best combination Edinburgh have put out in quite some time.

I'll be honest, I haven't read the proposals. I just scrolled to the picture and made my judgements on that. :D

The plan is to build a proper stand every couple of seasons over the next decade.

Not sure if it's a general tactic and Graham has been caught out by chance but that's twice he's been held down by Montpellier players and prevented from returning to the game to defend.
