Good to hear. Wont repeat myself re: Scotland selection/fitness etc.

Bit soon for highlights I’m guessing?

Would imagine you'll need to wait until tomorrow.

We need to remember who they were playing but the team looks fit, sharp and organised.

Cardiff and Leinster away the next two weeks will tell us more.

Couldn't watch it, I'm away in the sticks this weekend. How did all the new boys get on?

The full game is on premier sports if you have that.

I’ll admit I kind of blasted through and mostly just watched the tries, but good to see Carmichael back as well as the centres. I’m not sure how rounded Crosbie’s game is but I feel he has the awareness and that abrasive edge that would allow him to step up to the next level. Shiel is rapid. But none of that is new information.

Haining will prove a handy deputy to Mata I reckon.

No access to PS until I get home tomorrow evening. I'm a big fan of Crosbie, would love him to kick on and be challenging for a Scotland place.

Yeah, I’m assuming/hoping after the World Cup we’re ditching Barclay, Wilson, (Strauss already gone) and Crosbie gets in on the fringe.

The two new guys in the centres were excellent.

Joking aside, they look like different men now.

Hopefully they can stay fit.

Beat Cardiff after a good game.

Yellow card each and then Bennett got a good try and we won by 8

Scott injured again? Started to get worried he'd get a RWC callup?

Did Matt Scott stub his toe?

Edinburgh have recruited really well and had a degree of luck to be able to put out such a strong team during the RWC. Leinster will be a real test but there will be no better time to face them.

I liked the look at that Taylor guy on the highlights last week though.

Team has the look of cockers getting some rotation in early. Interesting to see Farndale retained ahead of Johnstone.

What the fuck are these guys on about? "He'd given up on the try" somehow means sliding knees first into his ribs is... fine???

It's an incredible skill the Irish have to fire themselves up so much at anyone having the gall to call them out on foul play. Fair enough.

Bit of a meltdown after being gifted a fantastic opportunity to put pressure on them prior to half time.

You have to admire Leinster sheer shithitehousery.

Stepped up and the ref had no chance to enforce gates, or feet’s or any tackle laws.

Poor Ben. He really is the special kid of the pro 14 refs.
