We’ve been on the wrong end of too many awful but winning productions in the 6N (mainly from the Welsh if my wine soaked brain is recollecting properly*) that we’ll take it, and run off like fuck with it down the length of Princes St.

Scotland missed too many penalties and should have closed it out earlier. But overcoming that 38-year run would always be difficult. I was reminded of Irelands win aganist NZ in Chicago. No-one in the oub thought that Ireland would win when NZ came back but they did.
