Game Two - Scotland v Tonga

Post by Cameo »

Okay, game two coming up this week. One bad result and then some good ones for Ireland and South Africa and I am worried that our tournament might be over before we get to the Ireland game. All we can do is play our games, though, and try and win, and win well. We are unlikely to beat Ireland's points difference but if we can win by twenty, there is a chance we can really rack up a score against Romania (I know that is presumptuous, but if Ireland win on Saturday we are in a very difficult position).

I'd be sticking with the same time plus either Ashman or McInally on the bench.

I guess we'll know after the game between SA and Ireland what we need to do and whether bonus points are even required against Tonga and/or Romania - we just need to win all three (easy I know lol). I think if we finish level on points with Ireland after beating them then it goes on the head to head? We need to really show up against Tonga because they will target this game as their chance of an upset.
