Is it my imagination or did Berghan improve the scrum a lot? Though even if we got the calls that could mean absolutely anything. Will admit I didn't notice him anywhere else.
No, he and Reid were shat on worse than the starters. Improved slightly, and I mean slightly when Ford came on.
There was one penalty when their LH clearly angled in.
Can I just ask: is anyone actually surprised that Russell's edge dropped a bit when we were getting fuck all good ball from the scrum because he does shine off of set-plays? One average performance does not make an average player. He's still young and still learning.
I actually swore loudly at that, it was a classic Hogg fuck-up of the sort I had hoped he'd grown out of.
It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
Ah relax, it was a 7 on two down a narrow channel on the halfway with a bunch of fatties.I wish he didnt drop it but if he'd passed it I doubt we'd have got anywhere
