Everytime we take the ball into the tackle, we're in real danger of being held up and losing possession. The baby blacks are immensely strong lads

Well the JABs were up by more than this against France going into HT, didn't see the match but something must have changed drastically?
I guess the same could happen here?

Oh I don't know the slight jump into the air raising a leg off the floor to reduce any ability to hold ground in the tackle might catch on, some are even looking more like a starjump than a tackle. It's all likely a reaction to our defenders realising they've brought a knife to a gunfight
beaten before they started it looks like

And this is why Eddie was wrong IMO to take the U20's lads to a training camp basically.

Easy to say in retrospect. The squad has still gotten itself to the final.

My impression after watching the entire game is remaining on your feet, or attempting to bind, at the ruck must not be a thing.

Also if they're not going to develop playing at this lower level why bother? Much better to be with the seniors pushing themselves

Yes, I think that this situation is not so bad tbh. Those who are good enough should be with the seniors, the rest can develop through this kind of thing; lads mature at different rates (NSS)

Aumua not being player of the tournament now looks more than a little daft, not even being on the shortlist looks like they put Dewi in charge of the process

We are completely outclassed, but we're really shooting ourselves in both feet too with some awful basic errors.
