Anyone watching Eng v Fra?
Car crash of a game.

That's enough "rugby" for me until next week.ARM wrote:Anyone watching Eng v Fra?

Aye, it’s frustrating as fuck to watch a team that doesn’t want to play with a proper back row.ARM wrote:Anyone watching Eng v Fra?

I don't get this post. We beat England and were well beaten by Wal, Ire.Big D wrote:Does anyone else feel like we have missed an achievable chance of 4 wins this year given what we know about England?
At the start of the championship. If we knew how average England would look would we think 4 wins were achievable? It feels like we've missed a decent opportunity this year.ARM wrote:I don't get this post. I think England will win at Twickenham.Donny osmond wrote:Ireland are going to be 'gifted' the slam by this england team

Maybe it is. But I think we'll look back on this year with a poor England and France as the time we should have been winning more than 3 games given the team we have.ARM wrote:Weird revisionism.Big D wrote:At the start of the championship. Agreed.ARM wrote: And if Ireland do manage the slam then they will have earned it - best team in the comp this year.
Absolutely agree ireland have put everyone else in the shade this year. England at home obv a very different proposition, but they have been poor in this competition - even at home - and its hard to see how they are going to stop ireland from going thru the phases.ARM wrote:I think England will win at Twickenham.Donny osmond wrote:Ireland are going to be 'gifted' the slam by this england team

I I actually think that England are a bad match up for Ireland. England have struggled when teams have put width on the ball and stretched the game. Ireland's style of play will put less pressure on their backrow which is still very powerful.Donny osmond wrote:Absolutely agree ireland have put everyone else in the shade this year. Why are you suggesting McInally is the problem with the L/O? Toony and his team should have realised it was a problem area after England and addressed it before hand. Moreso given that every man and and his dog knew what Ireland would do yesterday. Just like they have all 6N.Mikey Brown wrote:And what the fuck do we do about McInally and Horne. Great in most areas except 2 very, very key ones.
