Only thing in the first half and while we’re defending pretty well we’re still missing some pretty obvious wrap arounds.

Just need some more ball now.

Agreed. Hence my partial retraction.

Epaminondas Pules wrote: Sat Feb 01, 2025 5:45 pm Can anyone explain Hanson going off for blood without any sign of blood whatsoever and a pretty obvious leg injury?
There was enough blood, possibly his own, to get him 10 minutes on the physio table and an ibuprofen.

That or there was unstaunchable bleeding that didn't show up on camera

Unnecessary from Murley there.
Wonder if he had a call from the Irish bench

Oh Cadan. Misses the catch and then panics. Unless he's touched it let it go dead. If he has then just hoof it out.

Mitchell missing another.

This is a very England performance. Good 20 minutes, good defense as a team after, but awful otherwise.

We lose our heads consistently.

Would explain it.

Fluffed it again in the 22. Shame because he's generally looked decent. Under a hint of pressure in his own 22 under a kick and he goes to pieces though.

lol.

I think my comment was late, as it was definitely Mitchell when I commented. Maybe smith missed another, my stream did cut out for a bit.

Was Marcus for the try. One on one with Aki, went low and got half stepped then just skipped out of it.

We've got to keep hold of the ball. We've barely played any phases this half.

Aki's try was definitely Smith most at fault.
Mitchel could have done better, but was positioned for Smith to have actually tried to tackle Aki, so could only do his best to get him closer to the touchline

If you were talking about a different one, we'd need to know which tackle

Ref "next player to run in and start something is a yellow card". Lowe comes in after the whistle and nowt.
