We scored 14 tries this 6N tournament. How many did Stuart Hogg score or assist? And how many did Huw Jones score or assist?
Unsurprisingly both are pivotal to the attack.
Hogg scored 3 and 3 assists
Jones I think was 2 scored and 3 assists but thats without looking it up
Heard a brilliant pub quiz question
Can any one name the 1 player that is still playing from the 2000 6N at the top level
I have Hogg on 3 tries, 3 assists. Jones on 2 tries, 2 assists. Together they were involved in the last pass or scored the try itself on 71% of occasions this 6N.

You could stretch that to 3 tries and five assists for Hogg. He assisted three of the tries against Italy alone, put Visser in against the Welsh and he really made the Seymour try v Wales even though Visser gets the assist credit. So of the 11 tries scored whilst he was on the pitch this tournament he had a pretty big hand in 8 of them. Not too shabby.
I'm utterly biased but you could make it good case for him getting the player of the tourny award again on those stats. Particularly as few other players were consistently good across the five matches. Farrell and Itoje were great in parts but had some weaker individual performances (Farrell v Italy for example). Stander up there but maybe dropped off against the Welsh.
