1] I've no idea what the eternals are or why anyone would think that I thought Wolverine was one of them.
2] My post was rather obviously made before the announcement of who he was playing.

Dude, you posted a link to a story about Harrington being cast in the Eternals film, and you were talking about him being Wolverine.

I know I was taking about him being wolverine, and if the link mentioned the eternals when I made it then I completely missed it.
It certainly made my post before any official announcement was made by Marvel about what role or movie he was being cast in - at the time, the link was talking about Harrington joining the MCU, with an official announcement on come.

I can see the confusion if Time have edited their article, but I wouldn't speculate about him being Wolverine if I'd known he wasn't, nor would I speculate he'd be in a Deadpool movie if we knew he wasn't. That's the think with speculation, it tends to come before facts are known.

For reals though, if Wolverine is introduced to the MCU, it'll probably be the X-23 version of the character. Canonically, in the Fox-owned continuity, Wolverine is as dead as disco.
