Shame, cos loads of rugby people associate the name Stradey with the best of Welsh rugby.

Well our defence is better than last week (not difficult) and our front five is more physical (not difficult). Otherwise this is a race to the bottom.

Totally clueless again with ball in hand.

That was fucking dire. Well done Scotland for driving a maul from that far out but seriously that was poor defence.

We’re doing our best to lose this.

With no sustained go forward we just can’t put pressure on the Scots.

I’m not sure we’re trying to get sustained go forward though. We go wide very early.

That was terrible. Well done Scotland, deserved win.

Well done Scotland, you won the hard yards. Just wish we had a few tight forwards as good as yours.

Well done Scotland for holding your nerve and winning.

Personally, I’m dreading Ireland next week. You can’t concede 16 penalties in a game. And can someone please explain our game plan to me?

Hard lines lads, you were the better team for large parts of that game, not sure how we nicked it tbh.

The phrase fucking awful springs to mind.

Whenever we had the ball we kicked it away. Or dropped it. Jesus. What was the plan???

Well done Scotland. You were better than us, although I'm aware that that isn't saying much.

No we really weren’t. Better team overall win.

And where was the incisiveness when we had the ball? We did have spells of possession in decent parts of the field but we never looked like scoring anything. We must do better than this, we’ve never had a huge pack but have managed to get possession and look dangerous. Even with Gatlandball at its most extreme, we at least looked dangerous on occasion.

I’m again struggling to find much good to say about this, other than it was an improvement on last week but only just.

Several not straight lineouts, and Davies took ages to get the ball away from rucks. Wales blew some useful field position especially in the first half.

I fancied the centre combination today but they got no ball

Have to start Wyn Jones and Francis next week, the scrums have been too vulnerable. Would like to see a tight head who can scrummage on the bench, too

Agreed. We also need ball carriers in the pack for the full 80. Cory Hill is a good player but not an impact player and I’m not a fan of Cubby.

Yes, yet again we don't seem to know what to do when we have the ball. Which seems bizarre knowing that this is mostly the coaching team that used to run the Scarlets ... is rugby at this level so different??

Considering the opposition I think we might actually have been worse than last week. So much for blowing out the cobwebs.

Rowlands can carry. I thought he came into the game after dropping the ball early on, but the penalty he conceded isn’t eh Scottish 22 was crucial. I like Hill, but don’t think he is the answer at present.

We desperately need to get over the gain line and generate momentum. I agree Rowlands gave us some go forward and should continue next week. I think I’d prefer Ball on the bench who also generates momentum.

We could do with Moriarty and Navidi back, although I think we have unearthed another good blindside today (one of the few positives).

In the back line it all looks so pedestrian. We have some moves off first phase but look confused after that. I don’t mind players making mistakes if they are trying to do something positive but I’m struggling to see much positivity at the moment. We certainly aren’t challenging defences (last weeks try aside) and Scotland looked comfortable today.

I can live with this being a dire Autumn if our game plan evolves and we look like we are building for the future. At the moment I can’t honestly say that I’m seeing much evidence of a game plan.
