I wouldn't bother. He won't accept any evidence.

He blamed the victims of the Odessa massacre for their demise.

What, expecting you to back up your claims?

Pigs may fly and hell will probably freeze over before that happens , but I remain an optimist.

And less of the fascist crap please. You're far more of an extremist than me; come back and have a conversation whe you can actually accept a different viewpoint to your own.

Don't be silly. You don't see your fascist extremism for what it is. The people that tell you what to think are fascists.

No one tells me what to think. You in the other hand believe every word spouted on those lunatic websites you used to love cutting and pasting. Any anti western propaganda is gleefully lapped up and rehashed. There is only one person who is brainwashed, if you are confused, look in the mirror.

Dude, you are a series of rightwing talking points using all the standard right wing rhetorical devices to try to shut down any rational argument.

You're a doubleplus good citizen of the fascist empire.

But I don't expect you to understand. You're too far gone.

Right oh. More rational debate from the original useful idiot. Labelling anyone who disagrees with you a Fascist, racist, etc, is your way of shutting down any debate. You do this a hell of a lot, so I stand by my argument that the most extreme person on this board is you - you really cant tolerate any viewpoint that doesn't fit with your view of the world.

Now this is the kind of speculative linkage that reduces the credibility of the argument.

I wouldn't actually argue that the impeachment process has been subverted by a bunch of crooks who are keen to avoid justice. There is far too much reporting on the number and variety of charges levied against them to suggest otherwise. Whether or not Rousseff is corrupt or not, seems a bit irrelevant compared to the fact that her accusers are certainly not incorruptible themselves. It seems obvious that they moved first.

But then of course the cui bono argument is used and then stretched to the limit. Because the US has undermined regimes in the past and because leaders of the impeachment process have met with a US company, that's proof that the US conspired before the fact and authorised a coup. Actually its nothing of the sort and its not surprising that the new leadership of Brazil would want to make sure that they wouldn't face interference from the US as the superpower with the biggest interest in the region. This sadly is the basis for many of the spurious argument on the internet, a bit of fact, a bit of speculation and suddenly a new truth emerges. Its completely dishonest and pending any evidence to support the assertion, just remains idle speculation.

It wasn't presented as proof at all, Sandydragon. It would appear that you have fallen into the trap here, put 2 & 2 together and came to the same conclusion as the rest of us. ;) 8-) :D

Nice try, but you can't squirm out of this one. You drew your own conclusion - the only obvious conclusion to be drawn.

Dude, you follow the party line no matter what. And you are a paid Cameron regime combatant.

I don't follow any leaders and belong to no political organisations and you are entirely incapable of understanding my political views.

I don't accuse anyone of fascism bar fascists and I use the term advisedly. You sir, are a fascist.

We live in fascist times overseen by fascist governments. The mainstream, as espoused by the political/media/corporate/military class is extremist and fascist. And you apparently believe and then espouse their nonsense no matter how absurd. You're a parrot.

To oppose militarism, war, repression, oligarchy and fascism is hardly extremist. It's human.

I recommend you read 'They Thought They Were Free' by Milton Mayer. And then have a good think about what you believe about your own place in the world.

The analogy between 30s Germany and modern day USA is perfectly valid.

I do understand that it would be uncomfortable for you though.

You're wrong, I'm not anti-intellectual. I'm anti- Internet bluffers who try to create a masquerade of intellectualism to hide behind. Phrases like "you can't understand my views" are your way of doing this.
For what it's worth, I don't think there's anything remotely intellectual about you. You're a bluffer.
