Barnes is killing it for us.

Nothing like a nice warmup match with NZ.

Wales always start slowly, usually getting better as the second half goes on. We’ve got to be more aggressive going forward if we can.

Bold move spotting ABs a 17 point lead. Let's see if it pays off.

AB backline completely toothless.

Wales just aren't making any threat to New Zealand's possession, either by aggressive defence or by attacking the rucks. The ABs are just getting secure possession every single time and eventually that's always going to tell. Surprising, considering the Reffell/Tipuric selection was surely to compete for the ball.

But their forwards look awesome - nothing flash but going forward with real power.

Well. That was a sobering demolition.

Was annoyed that I wasn’t able to watch the game, sounds like it was a bit of good fortune in hindsight !

Almost as bad a scoreline as last year when Wales were total shite

ABs score the most points ever in Cardiff. "Best chance we've had for a win" . Seriously?

Wales weren't ever at the races. No positives.

None of our laughing stock teams of the 90s ever shipped this many points in Cardiff. This is a new low point for welsh rugby.

Too many players still recovering from injuries. I was pleased for Dyer getting his debut try, but we didn't do anything else of note.

We just don't seem to have the physicality to break the gain line, or to stop them from doing that to us with pretty much every carry. Beaten in all areas of the game. Carrying continues to be a massive weakness in our game.

Barnes was clearly feeling sorry for us by the time he gave us Tip's try (although that was about the only bit of his refereeing that I enjoyed). Anscombe's almost try was frustrating but you can't expect to fluke it too many times in a match.

There is no point in our playing NZ in the first match of any series. They already have no weaknesses compared to us, nothing we do better than them. We need to at least have a few games under our belts for there to be a competition.

I guess our set piece wasn't completely shit. Our lineout is no longer a liability.

But the level of our defence has dropped off. They should not have scored so easily. Perhaps playing two 7s wasn't a great idea (not that I've looked at the stats for the game).

Pleased for Dyer too, but that was one of the few times when wales moved the ball with speed and purpose. New Zealand did that at will, and that was the main difference I think. And I don't know where Wales can find that intensity and accuracy from.

Just dire. Totally undercooked and if we don’t improve very quickly then this will be a long autumn.

Some very soft tries that we let in together with poor play to set up those positions for the ABs to score. We just weren’t at the races.

On a bright note though: Faletau - 28 tackles, none missed.

Just watched France and Australia and all I can say is God help us in the last game. Wales today looked old and pedestrian with little flair.

Blooding some young players, Dyer’s try, Ken Owens and Talupe showed up well. Very disappointing otherwise, defensively desperate and when in our 22 they seemed to slowly march to our line with an horrible inevitably. We offer little in attack, in contrast when we had lineouts in their 22 we’d get marched backwards. Our traditional cold start hopefully.

Yes. Although I'm sure I could find even more hopeless causes to support.
