Gosh, what a disappointing game, I was hoping it would be exciting with Aus giving their all. Wales well worth their win. Wobblies.... wow.
It's like all post 2019 England's faults distilled into a pure 80 minutes of ineptitude.
To the point you can almost feel sorry for some of the young players Jones has chucked in.
He totally rogered the squad selection.

Is it just me who's looking at that Lions tour in 2025 with a touch of trepidation for the state of rugby in Australia? It's supposed to be the big money-making few years that turns around the game in the country, but at present it'd be slightly cruel letting Ireland play a 3 game test series there, let alone Ireland plus guest stars.
How on earth do they recover from here?

I enjoyed that. At 7-6 I was nervous, but that's because I was unaware that the Aussies weren't going to score any more points.

Maybe take a leaf out of Eddie’s book and send a squad of future stars from the home nations. It would be fun to watch and we don’t have to deal with the usual shit of all our test regulars breaking down in 2025.
As funny as it is from an Eddie perspective, it is a bit sad to see for Australia.

Definitely sad. Oz are (were) perennially dangerous with the ball. They've been emasculated for a non existent game plan. Not cool or clever Eddie.

Penalty Australia - place your bets now, please!
"I've got 'Australia kick this to the corner, fuck it up so badly they end up conceding a lineout in their own 22, and don't score again for the rest of the match'..?"
- "LOL you can pick your own odds, just hand over the money!"

Has he got yet another contract lined up yet?

That was like watching Wales in the 90s where we were so shyte opposition teams could dismantle us at will and bully almost the whole 80 mins.
