Always difficult in a game like that where the team's rotated and the game's already won though. Very easy to get bitty and disjointed as people lose the fear of the opposition and start try to impress/showboat.

Yeah, that second half was grim viewing. The tmo interventions didn't help with the energy either.

Contrast with the men's performance against Wales from a similarly dominant start. I thought the ref was a bit dominated by the TMO. Venner, Scarrett and Sing good, Rowland not so much.
And at the end, when the restart didn't go 10, why didn't they have a scrum on the centre line? Is that not a thing any more?
