The Dead Don’t Die. Dreadful. Avoid at all costs. Painfully bad.

Watched Endgame last night. Thought it was expensive drivel.

Loads of big stars, lots of action, climatic music...but the same old fucking story.

Good Vs Evil, good tries hard, evil says fuck you, so good says no fuck you, we get the last laugh.

And how I laughed.

My lad loves the MCU (did I do that right?). I just don't get the appeal. All the movies seem to be carbon copies of the previous ones. Just a change of character here and there and a new addition of a super power and we're away.

Don’t worry. There will be a new one out in 6 minutes and you’ll forget all about this one.

Not a fan about empowering young women, eh? *strokes chin, shoves pipe in mouth*
Predictable response. No, the first half of the film was just dull. The end was better.

If your Dad had a paper round in the 60's/70's then like myself he probably got first dibs on the comics when they were delivered to the newsagent.
I think back then, these were the first dysfunctional heroes we'd ever seen.

What are you referring to here? I'm a big fan of both of those guys. Or was it just a general observation?

Isn't it just the same film again, just live action instead of animated?

Pretty much, which is why I wasn’t expecting much. But the CGI is jaw dropping, and it’s funnier than first time for me.

Just referencing the Marvel universe.
Deadpool isn't part of the Avengers franchise but Eddie was bloody good as the Headmaster.

Well you could do both, I checked the warning label and apparently it's allowed.

My son is a big graphic novel fan, would the books would be appropriate for a 10 year old?

I’m so sick of all the comic book garbage in general but it did look like it might be entertaining. He’s usually fantastic in everything he’s in too.

The whole “love letter to future mass-shooter vibe” discussion has got me a bit unsure though.
