Run the session but make them do it with a potato, and a fine for anyone who drops a pass or misses the man next in line.

I thought this was rugby we're talking about.
A fine?
Use a (baked and now cold) potato, but anyone who drops a pass or misses the man next in line has to eat it - mud and all.
