Spithill admitting they've traded stability for speed.

Kiwis got it back close but lost the tactical battle, good win for Oracle.

A lead across every mark over the two races, just quality sailing and these are now two boats with the same speed.

If they pull it off the government will be handing out passports like jaffas to any "investor" with a boat >20 metres/2 million dollars.

cricfree.tv

Then go to either BT Sport 1 or BT Sport 2 down the left hand side. Coverage will start at 12:30pm ET.

Dreadful coverage from the Beeb.

Every single article on the BBC Sports website has an image with a combination of the following below it:
Four years ago, New Zealand led USA 8-1 but were eventually beaten 9-8 in one of sport's greatest comebacks
The final is a repeat of the last time the trophy was contested in 2013, when Team USA came from 8-1 down to win 9-8
Then the article itself just has a couple of lines dedicated to the latest race and then goes on about 2013 for the rest of the article.

I appreciate they may not have a reporter out there, but ffs at least make an effort with news on the current event.

Don't need a reporter out there, just turn on BT sport!

Oracle should have selected one J. Wilkinson as helmsman.

All a bit of an anti-climax in the end, just too easy. Interested to see what format the next cup will take. The cat's were fun in the early stages at least.

Bloody ripper. That's a fantastic result. It was only easy because of the remarkable design work by ETNZ on an absolute shoestring budget relative to the bigger teams. This really is a great triumph. NZ, eh! NZ, eh! NZ, eh!

I just meant the racing wasn't as exciting, no lead changes etc. Awesome result, plus I took a cool $20 off of my US boss.
