If I read this correctly Monaco's Prince Albert plans to finance a new professional rugby club in the principality from 2020, with a view to possible involvement in 
Super Rugby 
. Fred Michalak, who has apparently made a U-turn on retirement to spend a season playing for New York in the MLR, is expected to return and take up the general manager role at the new club.
