France looked awesome at times in that first half and horrific now. In a professional age, why do the same tired stereotypes about the french keep proving accurate?

Embarrassing. We are good enough to turn the French over in Paris. Time to prove it.

I mean to be losing a half of rugby 24-3 at home... is something alright.
The big forwards look knackered. I'm a bit concerned about our ability to move them around the park if we play a big pack as well.

I don't know, the french can't mess up as badly again. That was just ridiculous.

You've got to admire the Welsh steel though. Even when they lose they're rarely far off. They almost always stay in touch and can turn the game in their favour with a single score as a result.
If we had a fraction of their mentality we'd be a far, far better team. Our players and combinations better their counterparts on a regular basis in the domestic league. It's something that Gatland's regime just instills into them as soon as they pull on the red shirt.
Still can't stand them though.

It’s mental but I’m absolutely gutted for the French. It reminds me of 2010 except the welsh didn’t have to cheat this time. Felt Barnes really wasn’t helped by his th as wales consistently offside at kicks and defending but dem the breaks.
I am so glad that wasn’t us.

Fuckin hell France, what a second half meltdown. The leekists are even more insufferable than usual now.

What I enjoyed the most about the opening English try is that it was all Keith Earls fault.

It would be quite nice if Ireland could win this... I don't think we can handle them in backlash mode...

They play a horrible brand of anti-rugby so can't say I'm too upset at the result.

2010? Cheat? Let it go bro. It was nine years ago (whatever it actually was).
Wales were the better team and won. Barnes disallowed two welsh tries. One rightfully, the other - not so sure. Huge French pack tired and got overwhelmed.

Barnes forced Huget to spill the ball over his own line & the french lock to throw that beautiful interception. Pipe down!

Anyone else noticed that the refs seem to be getting a lot less help from TMO and asst refs.
Raynol actually penalized an offside at the ruck
I am starting to think the refs are getting over analysed which suggests they are only reffing stuff they have been asked to look out for and ignoring the rest.
WR really should stop arsing about and let the refs have a bit of freedom

I didn’t think the penalty try was a penalty at all, but am being told by everyone I’m with that it was.
For me, it spoiled the game and really was the turning point of the match.
