Josh is coming along nicely as a number 8 and both Sam and Ellis can play blind side effectively. We're a bit short in the second row department, so Josh2 gets the call and he's making a fist of it. Our front row looks a bit elderly, which means we'll be under the cosh against the fearsome Scarlets engine room. I'm not expecting anything out of this game, the mutants look on fire at the moment, but if we do get something, it'll be a bonus.

Nah
You won't get a bonus anything
The best you can hope for is a warm pie, a warm beer and a warm welcome

As I said, I'm not expecting anything, but living just over the estuary from banjo country has given me a bit of a hunger for straw grasping. Cardiff are a work in progress, but it'll be interesting to see how far behind the best Welsh region we are.

Ref called half time 2 seconds too early. That should have been a lineout.

We were totally dominant in that half and really should have been three or four tries to the good. That might come back to bite us in the second half.

That looked like a good scrum from the Blues to me. The ref has it in his mind we're turning it though
