Ospreys vs Lions

Ospreys lose a close match but really they should have won that. A missed kick at the end that would have given them the game will probably be the media focus but so many mistakes in the second half.
The couple of minutes after the south African got yellow for upending an ospreys player, could have been red, saw a missed penalty touch finder followed by an utter howler at the back of the scrum which gave the Lions an easy try.
Very disappointing.

Ospreys lead from the 12th minute to the 72nd. At times by 10+ points. Very disappointing to let it slip away.

Not a great weekend so far for the regions, with only Dragons v Munster to come.
Ospreys really should have won but credit to the Lions for staying in the fight.
Ospreys were definitely stronger upfront and had quite a big advantage in the set piece but still don’t look comfortable in attack, even though they scored tries last night.
The try where Webb dropped the ball was ridiculous, but Ospreys cancelled it out with one of their own 2 minutes later after getting a penalty when the Lions scrum half slapped the ball out of Lake’s hands. 2 weird scores

Jack Walsh rescued us from the touchline last week, it wasn't fair to ask him to do it again.
Someone on the Dra-v-Mun commentary said that if you couldn't see the scoreboard, you'd think Ospreys had won by 20 points. Of course you've always got to tip your hat to the away side when this happens... but that was ridiculous.

That was gutting. Walsh did the job last week, but his kicking boots went missing this time (not the only one to make mistakes, of course but not good). That match was ours.
