Trailfinders showing will be very interesting given current conversations. Also interesting that Tigers have our regular 9 on the bench
(is Jimmy Roots- trailfinders- Ethan's bro??)

Glaws and Chiefs both go about as hard as they can for this one.
Tigers issues with unavailable THs, wings and locks continues. Personally I'd have had Cokanasiga on the wing and given him license to roam a bit. Good to see Clare back fit.
Ealing have a good front row. Goodrick-Clarke and Alo at Championship Level is pretty handy, can't imagine they'll be there next season unless Ealing get promoted.

Good Ealing team that will not doubt be desperate to prove a point.
I'd have liked to see Edwards starting personally but I guess McKellar wants to get some game time into some of theore senior players before the Prem resumes.

Plenty of A teamers in action which is good to see.
Saturdays game should be a good one. Capstick and Beconsall back in the 23 for Exeter.
Ealing have a lot of Prem experience in their line up but you'd expect Tigers to have a bit too much. Woodward on the bench who looked pretty handy for the u20s last season.

Woodward has been on loan at Notts this season and from what I've heard has looked at home at that level which is a good sign from a player still only 20.
FTT at hooker as well Hoyt and Edwards also recent England under 20s in action. I think Chessum Jnr is currently out injured as he didn't play in the development friendly Vs Notts last weekend.

Knee ligaments I’d say- one of those you play on with for a while, making it worse

Amazed they kept Atkinson on. Didnt look good when he went down. Mercer was very good in the 1st half as were Glos. Exe turned up a bit in the 2nd half but their finishing 5m out was dreadful.
Anyone see much difference in the Ludlam score and the Sio non try?

Yeah it wasn't pretty. Thankfully he didn't look to have had the same bad luck as Dolly or Willis and his foot stick into the ground. Those rolls are supposed to be banned now, I was surprised it wasn't given as a penalty.

So no scrum and no lineout from Tigers early doors. The lack of a breakdown threat is evident as the defence is largely on top but Ealing have as many phases as they like as long as they don't drop it.
The scrum issues were expected but the lineout being a problem is really unacceptable.

Huge own goal by their second row. Changed the momentum of the game.
Ealing have started to look tired and Tigers have started targeting the breakdown.
