Yeah this lad looks the business, his speed endurance is there judging by the last 30 metres.

GG didn't match this time at the World's, but even so it wouldn't have got him a final spot - there is some real US & Jam talent at the 200m distance.
Great effort from Amy Hunt to get silver in the women's.
Basing her training in Italy and mixing up 60/100/200 distances is
bringing top performances and medals now - interesting to see if she returns to the 1 lap event where she smashed records as a junior.
