Surely the Greens won't have a "leadership battle". Won't they all just sit cross-legged in a circle, sing a peaceful chorus of Kumbaya, then agree in a cheerful consensual manner who will be leader? Or joint leaders? Or something?

As long as you have this deeply flawed FPP system the greens are unfairly and unfortunately irrelevant.

Surely Caroline Lucas who actually did a decent job previously. Not convinced about any notions of a progressive alliance which includes Plaid Cymru, but we'll see

Whilst you have a point (and the country rejected changing it), did you see their 'shadow' chancellor during the election? Their cause is somewhat let down by the people heading it up.

Caroline Lucas is probably the only Green that some people could name or identify. That puts her well ahead of her contemporaries.
