Russell and Redpath announced by Bath as having "significant injuries" after game v Exeter. Both struggling to play again this season. For us, Russell gets a break, good. Redpath could do with going on summer tour

Unsurprising, sadly. Both looked pretty uncomfortable coming off. I'd become pretty invested in Bath this season, based mostly on those two, and that's a big loss going in to the end of the season.

Cole Forbes going pretty well at fullback for the Blues in Auckland. Not first choice but starting at the moment because of injury.

Clark Laidlaw still unbeaten as Head Coach. Hurricanes looking the real deal.

Jonny Gray has left Exeter with immediate effect. Rumours of France apparently. Only 30 so still time for a late bloom.

Ryan Wilson said Bordeaux last week as if it was a done deal, but hadn’t checked for anything official.

Bordeaux was rumoured ages back - for next season. Odd to leave early unless its Exeter not wanting to pay his wages after insurance stops. Their chairman/owner is a proper nasty piece of work

According to this article in Midi Olympique Rugbyrama, he's already signed for next season.

Redpath back in the bench this week. Not sure what happened there!

Kinghorn playing on the wing for Toulouse this week with Ramos selected at full back.

Kinghorn gets the nod over Ramos at 15 for the big game against Quins. Seems to be going quite well for him considering many were predicting that he'd never play.

Yes, he's adapted very quickly in Toulouse and has firmly embraced the team motto, "jeu de mains, jeu de Toulousains".
Getting the nod over Ramos is significant because Ramos is a metronomic goal kicker and although Kinghorn didn't miss one in ther QF against Exeter I'd be surprised if his success percentage is as high as that of Ramos, and he missed a couple today which could have made the difference between winning and losing.

His nose didn’t look too good after the match.

Glad he is doing well. It is too easy to be too over the top in praise or criticism of players based on the goldfish bowl of the Scottish teams (including the national squad). He has went away and worked hard and earned his place in a very good team. Might or might not last but at the moment it is going well.

That bang on the nose has ruled him out of Sunday's fixture at home to top of the table Stade Français.
