Turning down three points again.

Could be a mistake.

I enjoyed myself more watching the all blacks getting pumped by England. This is dreadful.

It’s improving, but I hope this is not the future of test rugby.

Hope Gats doesn’t forget that only players on the field after extra time can partake in the kicking competition.

Absolutely fantastic kicking from both teams from the tee…

ETA: got to give them credit for something, right?

Getting to the semis was no mean achievement, not that softens the blow of losing. Now for the Blacks.

But it’s pretty rare for one side to be so superior in a semi final.

Five day turnaround and a lot of bruised bodies out there.

Not sure next Friday will be fun, although with Gatland being in charge for the last time there will be no shortage of motivation.

Full Time:
Wales 16 - 19 South Africa

Win-ugly by SA.Louw did what he does & got crucial pen.
Wales had a sniff in 2nd half. but no joy this time.
Not a showpiece SF in all fairness.

They over competed at the breakdown very well. Wales hardly had any quick ball. They also kicked very well tactically.

Hard luck boys. Losing a tighthead and a wing early lost us some momentum.

I hope we have enough in the tank to give good account of ourselves for next weekend.

Pretty unsatisfactory ending there wc semi shouldn't be decided on a trip in a maul

Really rhys Webb should have been playing and not Williams

Injuries were too much but still should have won that

I beg to differ on the kicking. They kicked 40 times, 50% of which were poor, and did virtually nothing positive. Wales actually dominated possession thanks to all that kicking. Mind Wales kicked even more, though had a lot more ball.

Agreed on the breakdowns.
