Two yellow cards against Cardiff in the last ten minutes could have changed the course of this match, but for a very clear red against Scarlets' Fifita.
A valuable win for Cardiff, but you have to wonder how poor the Scarlies are to go down to a lacklustre capital city side.

Thought Cardiff looked right up for the game after a difficult week, and after the hiding they took from the Scarlets last season. Nice to see Davies-King get a run, he looked like a prospect in their weakened sides last season.
Point taken re the Scarlets though, they looked poor. They could have done with either Lezana or Mcleod at 7 tonight, and definitely missed Johnny Williams. The change of front row, and bringing on Blacker for Davies gave them some impetus and they would have fancied their chances before the red card.

Ye clearly didn't have to endure munster v connacht, that was an exhibition in comparison
Is there a celebratory thread on gwlad for the demise of munster?
