Good move for all parties IMO
I think he's an excellent hands-on coach, and an excellent developer of youth / unfulfilled promise - which is exactly what Connaught are there for.
What he's not so good at is planning a campaign, developing and sticking to a game-plan, or selection when faced with a pick-n-mix rather than making do with what he has - which isn't Connaught's "job" in Irish rugby
