Tom Jordan got a red for a high shot. Not his first, but hopefully back in time for the November internationals.

He wouldn’t be available for the USA match anyway which is outside the window. As long as the ban isn’t more than three matches he’ll be available for the NZ match.

and outside the window not available means that match not considered as one he should miss!

He got 6 weeks reduced to 4, and reduced again by one if he does tackle school.

I’m assuming he’s going to complete the CIP so he would be available for the NZ match. I’d guess he’s not favourite to start that match though, Russell will be at 10 and Kinghorn likely to be 15.

Hope he really learns something at tackle school. It is a bit of a recurring issue.

I see it is Bristol playing an Argentina XV. I presume Scotland A don't have any fixtures?

No A team games at all. The SRU really should try to organise more games for an A team to help develop young players. The problem might be filling some of the positions without using players who would be in the full squad. With starters and replacements you need a minimum of four tight head props. Do we actually have that many fit players of a good enough standard?

This thread might be getting seriously pruned in the near future. If you haven’t read it see this thread. If you object, I’d post that there or message Puja.
