Well that's certainly a flattering way of framing Gustard's time there. All I meant in that comparison was that he had a very different mindset to "the Quins way" TM. Gatland just feels like such an extreme pivot in the other direction, and my sense was that since Wales's golden generation faded (and he lost Edwards) that he hasn't had a whole lot of success anywhere?
