That American is a muppet. Clear run in to score and he slows down to try slap George Horne for 0 reason and knocks on in the process. Hilarious.

Robertson collects another kick through! Lacks the pace to finish this one though.
We score in the end. 14-7. The US look very physical.

Baker is f*cking rapid. Besides him there doesn't seem to be a lot of pace in the US team but he more than makes up for it. 14-14. 20 secs left to play.

Another no look pass that we just barely latch on to... it pays off though! Score under the post. We're through!

Aye, that cat is unreal fast. Thought we did as well as we could in the first half against him, that last try he got shows the space he creates just by being there, wing defence bit on the inside for a split second and it was tickets.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Baker is f*cking rapid. It was a shocking pass. Nayacavou had no right to collect that and no right to score. Brilliant play from him to make a score out of a mistake.Edinburgh in Exile wrote:Haha, Jesus, feel like we got away with more than one there.
England/Canada next.

That was a bit naughty. Still, he deserved it after that swinging arm.

That looked very much like a knock on but i'll take it.
Scratch that, it's definitely a knock on.

George Horne is just superb. Superb.
Joubert took an absolute age to blow on that though.

Brilliant from the lads. I hate to say it but England have every right to be annoyed at that first try. Blatant knock on but it's great to be on the right side of a bad decision for once.

Robertson is going to be a huge loss to the team. Who will fill his boots?

I don't agree that it was a knock on. Robertson had contol and the ball was ripped off him and that guy dropped it backwards, so that doesn't make it a knock on from him.
That was a brilliant game, but of course my stream crapped out in the last minute of the game.

Could maybe put a cheeky bid in for that turncoat loser McConnachie!

Oh and you can say what you want about players that get parachuted in from other countries being opportunistic about playing somewhere other than where they were born, but did anyone else see Hugh Blake shedding a tear during the anthem?
And its a shame a player as good as Ruaridh McConnochie, who came up with LS and has two Scottish parents would wind up with England, but there you go. Great to win, even better to beat England

Any way your chaps can learn to start a season the way you finish it?
