Scotland try. At least we did get a player sent off I suppose. Hopefully this spurs us on to play a bit better.

How many tackles have our centres missed today?

Four points down now. We can easily lose this.

Ok, hands up, who thought we'd have a BP win 2 hours ago?

Well, our defence has improved a fair bit since the AIs.Ross. S wrote:Ok, hands up, who thought we'd have a BP win 2 hours ago?
The red card helped massively although we were back in the game anyway. But I’ll take that given that I was expecting to lose this.

Fair enough. Your defence was great. LRZ was fantastic.
Gutted that we had the opportunities to win that, but you kept closing it down. If anything we seemed to improve after the red card, so I'm not blaming it on that either.

Two out of two! Only one side can win the triple crown. Momentum is growing

Red cards do seem to galvanise Wales’ opponents. Scotland played really well and will be disappointed they couldn’t convert possession and territory into just enough points.Mikey Brown wrote:Fair enough. Your defence was great. LRZ was fantastic.

Playing against 14 never seems to have the effect it should do on paper.
Shame in that sense for you guys that Rowlands or Williams failed to get their cards, it could have been 50.

Congratulations Wales. Think your lot have had a lot of bad luck the last year or so & far better than results suggest. The last two results have been messy but should give the team lots of confidence & a foundation for the rest of the championship.

Re: Six Nations Round 2- Resurgent Scotland
Is there a trophy for a "Red Card Triple Crown"?
Two from two and we STILL feel deflated, but I think we have to say that was much, MUCH better. It seems silly to congratulate a defence that leaks three tries, but Scotland probably had 6 chances to score? Whereas I think the only points we left out there were Sheedy's conversions. Strike rate is fantastic, control still needs a LOT of work but better this week than last.
If we had a couple of genuine ball-carriers we'd be deadly.
