Wales: Liam Williams; Johnny McNicholl, Nick Tompkins, Johnny Williams, Louis Rees-Zammit; Callum Sheedy, Kieran Hardy; Wyn Jones, Elliot Dee, Samson Lee, Jake Ball, Seb Davies, James Botham, Justin Tipuric (capt), Aaron Wainwright.
Replacements: Sam Parry, Nicky Smith, Leon Brown, Cory Hill, James Davies, Rhys Webb, Ioan Lloyd, Jonah Holmes.
Good to see Webb coming back. Nice to cap some youngsters and I guess some of the first XV need a rest. Otherwise it's a bit too experimental/weakened for my liking. It could be a lot of fun to watch though . . . if the backs get any ball that is.

When's the game?

At the very least, I am looking forward to an interesting game.
Leon Brown is not the finished international prop byt at least he is improving when others are on a plateau.

I guess we are all looking for a performance tomorrow and if this team can deliver both in defence and attack and inflict some damage on the Georgians then it will make selection for the England game interesting.
The key will be with the front five, especially our two starting props because they need to deliver a stable scrum, and Dee will need to get the throw in spot on from the off. So many tries are scored off fast and clean line out possession and if we can do this then it would give our youngsters the opportunity to shine.

I have faith in our starting props. The question is whether the rest of the scrum will do their jobs in set scrums and line outs.
I agree that IF we can get fast and clean possession we have the kids in the backs to carve through the Georgian defence.
The team selected is not without risk but something like this had to be tried. This is the only game we could take such risks in. It is a year for rebuilding.

The more I think about this game the more I think we can come through with a performance.
The first quarter will be vital to establish a platform and allow the youngsters to settle down. It will be torrid early on with Georgia seeing this game as their one hope of shining on the big stage with a Tier 1(?) team.
Superior fitness and skill will win through in the end to save Pivac’s blushes.

The more I think about this game, the more I think it will be both good to watch and important in the long run. I stocked up with extra beer last night.
I don't like the expert predictions I have seen for the score. My guess is we win by something like 48-28. I cannot believe our defence will not leak two or three tries. Defending against a Georgian 5m lineout will not be fun! (But it will be fun to watch it.)
It is a game we should win, but could still lose. I agree this will motivate Georgia highly.

I’ve got a couple of bottles of big Australian reds so will be able to celebrate in style or drown my sorrows in equal measure!

I think we'll win comfortably in the end but it will be messy and a struggle to bring these new guys into the game (other than Botham, who should be busy).
But I am looking forward to it (because I'd like to see a win now please, any win). Hope I'm right about the win and wrong about the struggle.

Anyone going to watch on Amazon Prime? I have Prime but can't find it. Mind you, I am a bit of a dunce when it comes to that sort of thing

I'm in the US so SC4 not an option. It's supposed to be on Prime, but maybe that availability is regional

Sorry about that. Are you anywhere near an Irish pub because they will be showing the England Ireland game and then possibly the Wales match.
Whereabouts are you in the States?
Another thought Wales OnLine do a match summary through the game and BBC may have radio commentary.

Ah. Here's my answer:
FloSports has the exclusive rights to broadcast the Autumn Nations Cup in the United States and will offer live streams of all 16 games. Subscription starts at $12.50 per month. The FloSports app is supported by: Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Apple TV and select Smart TVs.
That's a shame.

Looking at the England match I fear we will have to up our game by quite a few notches if we are to prevent a rout.

Buggalugs. Good start. Georgians make a few mistakes in the pouring rain. Sheedy kicks a penalty after 9 mins. Wales look assured in the scrum.

Another scrum penalty to Wales after demolishing Georgian eight. Our backs look lively. Liam Williams looking to run everything.

No he scored minutes later. Wales on top but it’s hard going. Georgia miss pen in first half injury time. 10 nil Ht.

All a bit meh so far. Our forwards are much better and that’s definitely our starting front row for next week. Jake Ball going well and Seb Davies making good contributions.
Still giving away too many penalties and whilst the weather ain’t great, we should be able to open their defence up a bit more than this.

Our back line looks a bit more potent but a few too many mistakes.
