Richie Gray

Post by Chunks Baws »

I can't find anything official online but Rob Robertson at the Scottish Daily Mail tweeted this yesterday:

Great to hear Vern Cotter say that SRU are in talks with @RichieGrayGSI with a view to him working more with Scotland. Vital to keep him.

Good stuff.

I was hoping this would say "Petrie in talks with Gray to replace Solomons".

We're more likely to read that Solomons has been awarded a new 5 year contract. :x

He has been working with Toulouse since the 6N and is headed to the NFL next week. Clearly keen to work on knowledge enhancement.

It's always the same. Guys like Richie, Luke, Courtney, Launch really make their mark......and guys like Henderson, your little Brother and Itoje suddenly turn up.
Richie has always been quality. And at the risk of sounding a bit sentimental,...you can't play rugby like that without being a decent bloke.

Just saying it's competitive for the Lions berths.

Richie leading the dirt trackers doesn't sound bad. He'll have some quality support.

Ahh you think he'll be an outside bet for the Lions? Getting on a bit now though, don't you think?

Lions will need to take at least 6 second row...?. After a full season and the 6n's it could be last man standing gets a berth.

He's talking about a different richie gray
It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Cheers killjoy. :(

Seeing how long it took for him to figure this out was as entertaining as this board's ever going to get.

A tad harsh.
I was going to say this demonstrates the perils of posting without clicking on the link. But, happily, there isn't one so I'm less embarrassed than I might have been.

F*** me. The French lifestyle hasn't done him any favours. He's aged terribly, I almost didn't recognise him without his blond locks.
