This should be the game of the round.
2 teams that know each other, essentially knock out rugby, playing for a QF place already.
On the one hand, Scotland ought to be better.
On the other, Wales had the 6N to bed in their new coach, whilst his old club did their best to disrupt Scotland's preparations.
G-H released Sean Lynn to Wales ahead of the 6N.
G-H signed Banahan as backs coach from Scotland in June.
I'll be supporting Scotland, unless Wales win me over with their play - I'll get over my dislike of Seaned Harris at some point, and I do like Lynn. On the other hand, I feel that Scotland were screwed over as above, and love watching Gallagher, Orr & Rollie

Why can't Sco 9 steal the ball back there?
Wales win the ball in the ruck - absolutely fair. Then lying on the floor, rolls onto her back.
Blue9 releases, and goes back in to steal the ball back, and is told to let it go. Surely that just a new ruck with Wales in possession and on the floor

Yellow seems harsh-but-fair.
Nothing in it, but head contact happens, and she could have got lower

scrum and out of hand kicks aside, very very happy with that performance. And result which flowed from it of course. Wales OTOH, oh dearie me!

That was great. Loved seeing the wide attack really work over the course of the game. So often it looks like a team will make hay but somehow the other team manages to stiffle it.
As well as the obvious ones, thought Brebner-Holden at 9 looked very good. Quick to the ball and good range of passing.
Would be lovely to beat Fiji and then at least give Canada a scare.
